Finger Millet Idly Mix
Organic Ingredients used: Finger Millet, Kodo Millet,
Urad dal, Mustard, Bengal gram dal, Dry ginger powder,
Rock Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate.
Add one 3/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of curd to 1 cup of powder. | Mix it thoroughly. | Let it soak for 30 mins. | The batter is now ready to use. | Pour the batter in idli mould and steam it for 10 minutes. | Serve it with Sambar, Chutney, Idli podi with Ghee or Oil.
