Our digestive system is very clever; it will let you know that something is wrong through bloating and gas, hoping that you will get the message. A healthy plant-based diet is your gut's best friend, but there are foods that are especially beneficial for a normal, healthy digestion.
We deliver Lunch around 12 noon and dinner around 6 PM. We publish the menu on a weekly basis and it covers wide variety.

Why Grain Free Dinner? Human body takes 16 hrs approximately to process grains. When lunch is getting processed, if you overload the system with more grains by having dinner, our body will be focusing on the digestion rather than healing.
