Organic Barnyard Millet Khichdi
Millet Khichdi is a spicy variation of Rice khichdi. This is healthy but ultimate comfort food. Khichdi is prepared with Millets and Lentils. Adding a few vegetables with spicy tomato seasoning makes khichdi a complete meal. Usually, khichdi is served with yogurt/kadi, pickle, and papad.

- Add four cups of water for one cup of Khichdi Mix
- Soak for 10 minutes
- Pressure cook until 3 whistles
- Stir well
- Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and add ghee. Mix well if needed. Add salt and mix well
- Serve it hot with Sambar and/or Chutney or Avial.
