Organic Little Millet Pepper Thattai
Thattai is a traditional South Indian dish that is deep-fried and mainly made on special occasions. This is salty in taste. We at Aaha Oho have tried to make it healthier by using Little Millet instead of Rice. Little Millet is a rich source of micronutrients like magnesium, phosphorus, and Vitamin B3. We have used cold-pressed sunflower oil while frying the Thattai so that it does not lose its nutritional value. All the grains used in the above are guaranteed organic and best in quality.
