Organic Chutney Powder - Peanut
Everyone loves chutney and we too at AahaOho do so. So we created a series of healthy yet nutritious powders. One of our favorites includes the Peanut Chutney powder. You can eat it with idlis and dosas. Peanuts are rich in mono unsaturated_fats, the type that is emphasized in the heart-healthy Mediterranean-diet. Peanuts are a good source of Vitamin E.
Instructions for use :
Transfer the contents to a small bowl. Add enough water and mix well to bring it to the chutney consistency. Enjoy it with Idly / Dosa etc.
Ingredients: Ground Nuts (Peanuts), Red Chillies, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Rock Salt
